Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Returns Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened food items (chocolates, biscuits, bakery products) for hygiene reasons (unless faulty)
  • Electrical items (blenders, food processors, fans, DIY tools) not in perfect working condition with all original components

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your return/exchange request (use our template below for faster processing)
  2. Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  3. Pack your item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
  4. Ship your return to our Bristol warehouse using a trackable shipping service (we recommend insurance as you’re responsible for return shipping costs)
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange

Refund Processing

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. For PayPal payments, refunds will be processed through PayPal.
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with returning items
