We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Returns Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened food items (chocolates, biscuits, bakery products) for hygiene reasons (unless faulty)
- Electrical items (blenders, food processors, fans, DIY tools) not in perfect working condition with all original components
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your return/exchange request (use our template below for faster processing)
- Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Pack your item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
- Ship your return to our Bristol warehouse using a trackable shipping service (we recommend insurance as you’re responsible for return shipping costs)
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange

- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. For PayPal payments, refunds will be processed through PayPal.
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
