Our Returns Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Items must include all original tags and accessories
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your return/exchange request. Use the template below for faster processing.
- Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack your item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship your return to our Bristol warehouse using a trackable shipping service. We recommend insuring your package as you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

Refund Processing
Once your return is approved:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. For PayPal payments, refunds will be processed through PayPal.
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- You are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with returning items
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage
- Refunds will be issued in GBP and may be subject to currency conversion fees by your bank
