About Our Shop
We’re a unique hybrid retailer offering three main categories:
- Tech & Electricals: Batteries, blenders, power tools, and tech accessories
- Premium Food: Belgian chocolates, biscuits, breakfast items, and baking ingredients
- Lifestyle: Boho home decor and wellness products from our Eden Life and Calm Reflection collections
Our headquarters is at 92 The Grove, Queen Square, Bristol, GB BS3G 2VC. All orders ship from our Bristol warehouse.
Product Questions
During warmer months (April-September), all chocolate orders ship in insulated packaging with temperature control. We recommend choosing expedited shipping for chocolate in hot weather.
Most of our electrical items are dual-voltage (110-240V), but please check individual product specifications. We include adapter information in every electronics shipment.
Ordering & Payments

Currently, we only accept single payment method per order. For large purchases, we recommend using PayPal which may allow balance splitting.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide except some Asian countries and remote regions. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm availability.
We offer two services:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): 10-15 days via DHL/FedEx – best for tech and urgent items
- Free Shipping: 15-25 days via EMS for orders over £50 – ideal for chocolates and decor
All orders process within 1-2 business days before shipping.
We handle all customs documentation for tech imports. For other items, some countries may charge import taxes – we’ll clearly mark these potential fees at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return any item within 15 days of delivery. For faulty electronics, we’ll email a prepaid return label. Food items must be unopened and in original packaging.

Special Requests
Absolutely! Request gift wrapping in the order notes or email us within 24 hours of ordering. We offer elegant kraft paper wrapping with raffia ties at no extra cost.
